Interview with our new project coordinator in Africa, Jean Nibayubahe, who joined FH Switzerland in July 2025. Jean Nibayubahe worked with FH Burundi from its creation in 2006 until 2021, holding positions including coordinator, programme monitoring and evaluation officer, and food security officer. Now a consultant, notably for the FAO, he also trains farmers in his village and is a certified seed multiplier.

On May 23rd, our 2024 ordinary general assembly took place at the Westlake Church in Nyon. We were able to present the activities and accounts for 2023, as well as the prospects for the current year. Below is a summary of the evening.

Climate change is an undeniable reality, and its effects are felt worldwide, with a disproportionate impact on the most vulnerable countries. It is with this perspective that we are pleased to announce our participation in the roundtable discussion on the theme of climate change and development cooperation, organized by the FGC in partnership with the City of Geneva and HEPIA, on May 28th.

On 9 et 10 february 2024, the « Solidarity in all its forms » forum will be held at the Espace Vélodrome in Plan-Les-Ouates. We will be sharing a stand with our colleagues from the Geneva Federation for Cooperation.
